AUGUST 29 The monthly book review at Rock Island Cumberland Presbyterian Church is set for Aug. 29 at 2 p.m. The program will be led by Tennessee Tech University Associate Professor of History Dr. Troy Smith who will present a lecture about the Battle of Rock Island, the last of the significant engagements of the Chickamauga Wars. All are invited to attend.
