A gospel meeting at Chestnut Grove Church of Christ will be held April 25-28. Morning worship 9 a.m., Bible classes 10 a.m., Sunday night 7:30 p.m. Week day services 7 p.m. Basket lunch after morning services.

An American Red Cross Blood Drive sponsored by The Nashville Predators will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. in the auditorium of Caney Fork Electric Cooperative on Smithville Highway.
Saturday, May 1
Van Buren County High School will have its annual alumni meeting at 4 p.m. Classes of 1970 and 1971 will be recognized for their 50th class reunion. Food served at 4:30 p.m. Everyone is asked to bring a gift, plants or baked good for auction. All proceeds benefit the alumni fund to be presented as a scholarship to a senior at graduation. Classes 1939, 2020 and 2021 will be recognized during the alumni meeting.
Trousdale/Jacksboro Cemetery Decoration Day will be held from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Send donations to: Teresa Pepper, 2249 Old Well Road, Morrison, TN 37357.
Trinity Baptist Church, 1701 John Oliver Road, will be having a free yard sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the pavilion behind the church. No early birds please. Event will be canceled with inclement weather.

Ivy Bluff United Methodist Church Homecoming 2021 will be held 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Congregational singing, message from pastor Mike Dugan, special music and special guests The Caravan Singers. Lunch at noon with music to follow. The church is located at 8597 Ivy Bluff Road in Morrison.
Decoration will be observed at Charles Creek Cemetery. All contributions made for the care and upkeep of the cemetery are greatly appreciated.

The Jones Reunion, which is traditionally held the first Sunday in May in DeKalb County, has been canceled.
Warren County Retired Teachers Association annual banquet to honor new retired teachers will be held May 13 at 5 p.m. at Centertown United Methodist Fellowship Hall. The WCRTA scholarship winner and Retired Teacher of the Year will be announced.
