TUESDAY, JAN. 15

Westwood Church of Christ will have its free clothing giveaway from 8 to 10 a.m.

Central High School Class of 1952 will be having its monthly get-together at 12:30 p.m. at Nana’s Kountry Kupboard on Sunnyside Heights. All classmates are invited.

The monthly GOP meeting will be held at Warren County Administrative Offices in the Magnolia Room. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. This will be the club’s reorganization meeting. Nominations will be accepted for local party leadership. Election to party seats will occur at the February meeting. Everyone is invited.

The UT-TSU Warren County Extension office will be conducting an arthritis exercise program beginning this Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Warren County Administrative Offices. Producers in Tennessee who are interested in implementing conservation practices to improve natural resources on their farmland have until Friday, Jan. 18 to submit their application for financial assistance through the Natural Resources Conservation Service Environmental Quality Incentives Program. Locally, people can apply through the USDA office at 811 Faulkner Springs Road, 473-6539, ext. 3.

The annual book sale at Magness Library is under way and will last until Jan. 25. A wide variety of books are available, especially young adult books.

North Warren Fire Department is having its annual meeting Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. at Fire Station No. 1 in Dibrell.

There will be a Warren County Relay for Life kick-off meeting for team captains on Jan. 29 at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are held once a month. This meeting will be held at Caney Fork Electric Cooperative on Smithville Highway.
