Sunday morning worship at 9 a.m., Bible study at 10 a.m., second worship service at 11 a.m., and covered-dish meal to follow. Monday thru Wednesday evening services at 7 p.m.
MONDAY, MARCH 19
Forest Park Baptist Church is holding a National Weather Service SKYWARN spotter training class. The class will start at 6 p.m. and last about two hours. No preregistration is required and the class is free. The church is located at 140 Church Street.
TUESDAY, MARCH 20
Westwood Church of Christ will hold a clothing giveaway from 8 to 10 a.m.
The Warren County Republican Party will hold its monthly meeting with Ray Hixon, candidate for Warren County Executive, and other local candidates speaking. It will be in the Magnolia Room at Warren County Administrative Offices, 201 Locust Street. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
The Central High School class of 1952 will have its monthly get-together at Nana’s Kountry Kupboard on Sunnyside Heights at 12:30 p.m.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 21
The Greater McMinnville Ministerial Association is holding a series of Midweek Lenten Services at First United Methodist Church. The speaker this Wednesday, March 21, is Lanny Johnson, pastor of Morrison/Bascom United Methodist Churches. The service begins at 12:05 p.m. and concludes at 12:25 p.m. A soup and sandwich lunch follows.
SATURDAY, MARCH 24
The 17th annual David Stalcup Egg Hunt will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Kids of the Community building at 681 Cadillac Lane. Children involved in the Kids of the Community program or who live at McMinnville Housing Authority are invited to participate. The event is free.
Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church is holding a BBQ meal with cole slaw, chips, baked beans and dessert. The meal is a free community event. Call 473-3813 for delivery no later than March 22. The church is located at 317 Liberty Lane.

The annual meeting for Banks Cemetery in DeKalb County will be held Sunday, March 25 at 2 p.m. at Banks Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Financial information will be presented. Trustees and officers will be elected and other business will be discussed as necessary.
McMinnville Electric System is taking orders for its Relay for Life brown bag lunch. The cost is $6 and includes BBQ sandwich, chips, drink and dessert. Orders of five or more can be delivered. The lunch is set for March 29. Call 473-3144 to order.
The 25th annual Project Graduation Nursery Sale at Bobby Ray Elementary School is Friday, March 30, from 8 a.m. till 4 p.m., and Saturday, March 31, from 8 a.m. till noon. This is a great opportunity to purchase quality plant material donated by local nurseries. All proceeds benefit the Class of 2018’s Project Graduation.
Bethel Hill Baptist Church in Centertown is holding a community egg hunt March 31 beginning at noon. The hunt is open to children 2-11 with age categories within that range. Everyone is welcome.
Midway CIC’s annual egg hunt is Saturday, March 31 starting at 10:30 a.m. Please bring dessert, chips or drink. Hotdogs will be provided. Be sure to bring a basket. No eggs required.
A revival begins April 1 at 6 p.m. at Sunny Hills Baptist Church, 2216 Robert Wilson Road. Bro. Eric Bohman will speak. Weekday services at 7 p.m. The church will also hold an Easter sunrise service April 1 at 6 a.m. with Bro. Robert Brown speaking.
SkillsUSA is holding a spring festival with dinner and live auction Friday, April 6 at Tennessee College of Applied Technology, 241 Vo-Tech Drive. BBQ dinner and open house begins at 4:30 p.m., with auction following at 6 p.m.
