A Warren County commissioner charged with attempted assault has pled not guilty. Michael Martin entered the plea during an arraignment hearing Tuesday before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke, who voluntarily removed himself from hearing the case. “I’m going to recuse myself,” Locke told Martin at his hearing.
