A collision on Manchester Highway Wednesday morning occurred when one driver attempted to turn into Generation Mental Health Center.

At approximately 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, first responders were dispatched to Manchester Highway for a potential wreck with injury. According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department report, Anastasia McCormick, 37, was driving a silver 2014 Ford F150 west on Highway 55 when she attempted to cross lanes and turn into the Generation parking lot and was reportedly struck by Kara Harsh, 31, who was driving west in a white 2011 Dodge Durango.

According to the report, Harsh struck the passenger side of McCormick’s vehicle. The vehicles came to rest in the middle of the road, causing deputies to have to direct traffic. In the report it states that Harsh sustained minor injuries, but was not transported by EMS. Harsh had a one-year-old passenger who was also uninjured.

Both vehicles sustained severe damage and had to be towed.
