The recreational delay is almost over. Bids are being accepted for renovation and expansion of McMinnville Civic Center. Actual cost of the project will be known Thursday, Sept. 13 at 2 p.m. “We gave it two weeks, rather than one,” said McMinnville Parks and Recreation director Scott McCord.
