A collision on New Nashville Hwy Tuesday morning resulted in four citations including one for an obscene window sign.

According to Warren County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Alli Lopez, at approximately 9 a.m. on Friday, Jacob Bane was leaving Pigeon Hill Road and attempting to cross New Nashville Hwy when he reportedly failed to yield and struck Cheska Willard who was traveling outbound in a blue Kia Forte. Both Bane’s white Nissan 350 Z and Willard’s vehicle were severely damaged in the collision.

Bane and Willard were evaluated by EMS, but were both uninjured. Bane’s vehicle had writing on the front windshield and side window. The writing on the windshield said, “B****** love the 3502” and “Resells” on the side window.

The profanity on the vehicle resulted in a citation.

“He was cited for the obscene language on the windshield,” said Lopez.

Bane also received citations for failure to yield, financial responsibility and unregistered vehicle along with the obscene window sign citation.
