A Criminal Court docket was heard by Judge Bart Stanley Wednesday, Sept. 25, in Circuit Court. Included in Wednesday’s action:
• John Paul Belew pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a firearm, and was sentenced to three years in jail to serve 364 days. He was ordered to pay court costs and have no contact with the victim, and was given credit for 301 days already served in jail. Belew also received two consecutive sentences of 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, $150 fines and court costs after pleading guilty to two counts of violation of an order of protection. He was again ordered to have no contact with the victim.
• Kaleb L. Cantrell pleaded guilty to first offense DUI and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, to serve 10 days in jail and the balance on supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $350 plus court costs, attend a victim impact panel and DUI class, have an alcohol and drug assessment, perform 24 hours public service and lose his driver’s license for one year. He also received a 15-day concurrent sentence and $100 fine for driving on a revoked license, along with a $25 fine for violating the financial responsibility law.
Cantrell also entered a plea by information to aggravated assault, and was sentenced to three years to serve 180 days. He must undergo a batterer’s intervention program, pay restitution and have no contact with the victim until all his cases are complete.
• Kaitlyn Marie Scott pleaded guilty to three counts of sale of methamphetamine in an amount greater than .5 grams, and received identical concurrent sentences for each charge of 10 years to serve 250 days in jail and the remainder on supervised probation through the Adult Recovery Court. She was also fined $2,000.
• Dennis Coonrod pleaded guilty to five counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, receiving concurrent sentences of eight years in TDOC custody for each count. He also received a concurrent 11-month, 29-day sentence for evading arrest. He received a consecutive eight-year sentence, a $2,000 fine and was ordered to pay court costs for a sixth charge of sale of meth in an amount of .5 grams or more, for a combined sentence of 16 years in jail.
• Jennifer Marlene Elkins pleaded guilty to sale of meth under .5 grams, and was sentenced to 189 days in jail, a $750 fine and court costs. She was released on time served.
• Danny Ray Elrod pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to serve 120 days in jail and have his probation extended for one year. He also pleaded guilty to one count of sale of a schedule III drug (suboxone) and received a two-year sentence to serve 90 days, ordered to pay a $2,000 fine, court costs and must undergo an alcohol and drug assessment. That sentence runs consecutive to his violation charge, and he will be credited for time served.
• Kyrie Montez Harris pleaded guilty to two counts of casual exchange of oxycodone, a schedule II substance, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail and two years on supervised probation, including completing the Adult Recovery Court program. He was fined $1,000 plus court costs.
• Ruth Ann Young pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of meth in an amount over .5 grams, and received concurrent sentences of 10 years in TDOC custody, to serve 250 days with the balance on supervised probation through the Adult Recovery Court. She was fined $2,000 plus court costs. These sentences run consecutive to any prior charges she may have.
• Crystal Ann King admitted to violating her probation and received an 11-month, 29-day sentence, after which her probation will be reinstated.
• Darrell Lee Lefevers pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of methamphetamine in a school zone, as well as three counts of sale of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. He received a 10-year sentence for each count, a $2,000 fine and court costs. These sentences will run concurrently.
• Christy Danita Newby pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of meth in an amount of .5 grams or more, receiving concurrent 10-year sentences to be served on supervised probation, as well as a $2,000 fine and court costs.
• Autumn Rose Pack entered pleas by information to two counts of theft of property and two counts of financial exploitation. She was sentenced to concurrent sentences of an effective two years in jail, to serve 120 days, and must pay restitution to and have no contact with the victim, pay a $1,000 fine and court costs, $75 to the Economic Crime Fund and be placed on the Elder Abuse Registry. She received a 90-day sentence for violation of probation, which will run consecutively to her other charges.
• Joseph Patrick Paprocki pleaded guilty to three counts of sale of meth in an amount of over .5 grams, and received three concurrent sentences of 18 years in TDOC custody as a Range II offender, as well as a $2,000 fine and court costs. He also admitted to two counts of violation of probation, and his probation was revoked.
• Michael Perdue pleaded guilty to domestic assault and evading arrest, receiving an 11-month, 29-day sentence to serve 90 days. He must undergo the batterer’s intervention program, pay court cost, and have no contact with the victim until all classes are complete.
• Heidi Anne Vandagriff pleaded guilty to sale of meth in an amount over .5 grams, and was sentenced to eight years in TDOC custody, to serve 180 days. She must have an alcohol and drug assessment within 45 days and follow all recommendations, pay a $2,000 fine plus court costs.
• Richard Clark Adams pleaded guilty to sale of meth in an amount over .5 grams, and received an eight-year probation sentence which includes completing the Adult Recovery Program. He was fined $2,000 and court costs.
• Arnaldo Davilla Davila Cabrera pleaded guilty to two counts of evading arrest, resisting arrest, simple possession of methamphetamine and three counts of aggravated assault. He received an effective six-year sentence, to serve 264 days, and was fined a total $850 plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to assault, wand was sentenced to serve 30 days and pay court costs. These sentences run consecutively.
• Patricia Leigh Fulcher was given credit for 60 days spent at rehab toward her jail sentence for possession of methamphetamine.
• Kendall Ruth Howard pleaded guilty to child abuse and received an 11-month, 29-day probation sentence, and was ordered to pay court costs.
• Bryan Thomas Ledrick pleaded guilty to second-offense DUI and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail, to serve 90 days with the balance on probation supervised by the Adult Recovery Court. He was fined $1,100 plus court costs, must perform 40 hours of public service work, attend a DUI class and victim impact panel, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and lose his driving privileges for two years.
• Debbie C. Luna pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of meth in an amount over .5 grams, receiving concurrent identical sentences of 10 years in TDOC custody, to serve 364 days. She must also pay a $2,000 fine plus court costs and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment.
• Kenny Eugene Solomon pleaded guilty to sale of meth in an amount over .5 grams, receiving concurrent identical sentences of 10 years in TDOC custody, to serve 364 days. He must also pay a $2,000 fine plus court costs and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment.
• A failure to appear was issued for Nathan Ben Miller, who is charged with two counts of assault on a first responder and one count of tampering with evidence. His bond was set at $40,000.
• Nicholas Ryan Myers pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail, ordered to pay court costs, and given credit for time he served at R3 Ministries.
• A failure to appear was issued for Jeffery Dwayne Smartt, who is facing charges of domestic assault, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and violation of probation. He will be held without bond upon his apprehension.
• Agustin Sandoba Guerra pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was sentenced to five days in jail.
