Criminal trial and arraignment dockets were heard on Wednesday by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court. Included in Wednesday’s action:

• Stephen Babich was issued a failure to appear. He was sentenced to 10 days. He is charged with domestic assault. 

• Tyler Berry was issued an FTA and had his bond set to $750. He was sentenced to 10 days and is charged with simple possession and possession of paraphernalia. 

• Carl Frank Tyler Braddom was sentenced to three years in Tenn. Department of Corrections, to serve one year, for violation of sex offender registry and paraphernalia possession. He was also ordered to pay $1,100 plus court costs. 

• Junior Dale Brewer II was sentenced to serve 180 days for violation of probation. 

• Joseph Huff Ray was sentenced to 10 years in TDOC for theft of property. He was ordered to stay away from the victim and pay court costs. 

• Taylor Nicole Bullard Fults was sentenced to eight years in TDOC to serve 75 days. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim, pay costs and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment. 

• Timothy Dewayne Gay was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, to serve 90 days, for domestic assault. He was also ordered to undergo an A&D, anger management and pay $350 plus court costs.  

• Aaron Hines was sentenced to 120 days for VOP. 

• Brittani Allison Ivie was sentenced to 11-29 for possession of meth and paraphernalia. She was accepted into adult recovery court. She was ordered to undergo an A&D and pay $750 plus court costs. 

• Joshua Keith Ledbetter was sentenced to 150 days for VOP. 

• Jose Mendoza was sentenced to 30 days for VOP.

• Brandon Lee Roach had his bond set to $75,000 for VOP. He was ordered to wear an ankle monitor and take weekly drug tests. 

• Adrien Cole Thaxton was sentenced to 120 days for VOP. 

• Michael Wayne Vanhoosier was sentenced to eight years in TDOC for aggravated burglary and property theft. He was ordered to pay $20,000 in restitutions and court costs. 

• Jayme Byron Wilson was sentenced to eight years in TDOC for two counts of evading arrest, reckless endangerment, driving on a revoked license and felony possession of a firearm. He was also ordered to pay $5,000 plus court costs. 

• Robin A. Baquedano was sentenced to 11-29 to serve 30 days for theft. She was ordered to pay $3,102.35 in restitutions to Wal-Mart and stay off of Wal-Mart premises. 

• Rigalkmar Patel was sentenced to 11-29, unsupervised probation, for reckless endangerment. He was also ordered to pay $2,100 plus court costs. 

• Crystal Gail Frizzell was sentenced to 11-29, to serve 55 days, for second offense DUI. She was also ordered to pay $600 and court costs, 24 hours of public service work, undergo an A&D and victim impact panel and had her license revoked for two years. 

• Larry Donnell Johnson was sentenced to 11-29, judicial diversion, for possession of marijuana with intent to sell. He was also ordered to pay $2,000 plus court costs.

• Ricky D. Scott was sentenced to 11-29, unsupervised probation, for simple assault. He was also ordered to pay $50 plus court costs and have no contact with Sean Warner.

• Robert Graham Walker was sentenced to 18 years in TDOC for two counts of rape. 

• Kevin Killian was sentenced to three years in TDOC for burglary. He was also ordered to pay court costs and wear an ankle monitor.

• Bridget Whitman was sentenced to three years in TDOC for burglary. She was also ordered to pay court costs and wear an ankle monitor.
