Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Amanda Nicole Barrett was ordered to serve 90 days of a four-year sentence for failure to appear and violation of habitual traffic offender status.

Garrett Randell Duggin was ordered to serve four years and a range 1 offender for burglary, vandalism and theft. He must make $707 restitution.

Timothy Durham must serve 141 days of a four-year sentence for five counts of forgery and four counts of theft.

Brandon Hutchinson must serve three years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections for forgery and theft.

Christina Rose Gardner was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth. 

Ramon Gonzales must serve three days of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI. He had his driver license revoked for one year.

Jerry Harper was ordered to serve 150 days of a two-year sentence for reckless endangerment with a motor vehicle, fifth-offense DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Wendy Elizabeth Hurst was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Weston Gage Lance was ordered to serve six years as a range 1 offender and make $511 restitution for aggravated burglary.

Shalana Irene Lang was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for possession of paraphernalia.

David Kalem Lyle was ordered to serve two years as a range 1 offender for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Emilio C. Ramirez was ordered to serve 120 days of a two-year sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license, reckless endangerment with a motor vehicle and evading arrest.

Danley Junior Skelton was ordered to serve 180 days of a four-year sentence for violation of habitual traffic offender status.

Dustin M. Smith was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth.

Eddie Clark Southard was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for reckless endangerment. He can get credit for 30 days at Buffalo Valley.

Wesley Colte Southard was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI.

Jeremy Lynn Spakes was ordered to serve 180 days of a six-year sentence for possession of meth and evading arrest.

Joshua A. Teeters was ordered to serve 103 days of a two-year sentence for theft and forgery.

Rickey C. Willis Jr. was ordered to serve 180 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth, evading arrest and resisting arrest. His sentence is being suspended while he completes the adult recovery program.

Shawn Martin was ordered to serve 150 days of a five-year sentence for introduction of contraband into a penal institution. He can participate in adult recovery court.

Marla Ferrell was ordered to serve 365 days of an eight-year sentence for possession of meth and unlawful possession of a weapon.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Cheryl Collins (21 days), Chad Layne Rogers (revoked to serve) and Jennifer Rene Mabe (20 days).
