Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Shannon Matthew Jenkins was ordered to serve 270 days of a four-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for possession of schedule IV with intent to resell and possession of a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony. The weapon must be forfeited.

Cody Dalton Tyler Lee was ordered to serve 180 days of a six-year sentence and fined $2,000 for possession of meth with intent to distribute.

Dannielle Shirleen Stone was ordered to serve 48 hours for theft under $1,000 and ordered to stay out of Walmart.

Robert Anthony Gunter was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for filing a false report to an officer.

Debora Lewis Isaacson was ordered to serve 30 days of a nine-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for two counts of delivery of meth. She must also enter the Adult Recovery Program. She was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased from her record.  

Quinlyn Trayvon Officer was ordered to serve 30 days of a one-year sentence for reckless endangerment and evading arrest with a vehicle with risk of injury or death. He was granted a judicial diversion.

Ryan Christopher Saitta was ordered to serve 30 days of a four-year sentence for aggravated burglary, vandalism and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was ordered to pay $2,350 restitution.

Tamsey “Tammy” Michelle Hobbs was ordered to serve 120 days on house arrest and pay a $2,000 fine for delivery of hydrocodone in a school zone. She was granted a judicial diversion.
