Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Abby Renee Anderson was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Bryan Robert Brown was ordered to serve 11 months, 29 days in jail and serve 10 days at the DUI Education Center for first-offense DUI and aggravated criminal trespassing. He must have his driver license revoked for one year.

Jonathan Casey Bryant was ordered to serve 90 days for possession of meth.

William Shane Cornett was ordered to serve 120 days of a three-year sentence and pay $665 restitution for aggravated burglary.

Chelsey Lynn West was ordered to serve eight months of a four-year sentence and pay $665 restitution for aggravated burglary and second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Amber Jade Flores was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence for driving on a revoked license.

Tylor Blake Fults was ordered to serve five years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections for theft of property. The property was recovered.

Shelby L. Mattos Glerum was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for theft.

Dana Nicole Hastings was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for using a device to falsify a drug test.

Jammy Jennings was ordered to serve 90 days for evading arrest.

April Michelle Johnson was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI. She must pay a $400 fine and have her driver license revoked for one year.

Brian Cayden McKnight was ordered to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence and pay $1,000 restitution for aggravated burglary and theft.

Jamison Ivy Musgrave was ordered to serve 50 days for failure to appear.

Tanya Kay Rose was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Derrick Lee Walker was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Roy Wilbur was ordered to serve three years in TDOC as a range one offender for introduction of a controlled substance in a penal institution.
