Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Nicholas A. Elliott was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11- month, 29-day sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth and second-offense driving on a suspended license.

Wesley G. Grissom was ordered to serve 180 days for possession of meth with intent to deliver.

Andrew M. King was sentenced to eight years of probation, fined $2,000 and allowed to enter adult recovery court for possession of meth with intent to deliver.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Jeremy Brandon Barnes (78 days), Larry Mitchell Barnes (364 days), Jesse Layne Devore (364 days), Latisha Kaye Grandey (48 hours), Dana Annettee Kennedy (180 days), Corey E. Pleasant (90 days), Ryan Presley (90 days), Kayla Rackley (serve balance), Matthew Robertson (180 days), Chad E. Sandlin (360 days), Danley Junior Skelton (60 days), Marcus Cole St. Clair (150 days), Melodie Rose Stusse (120 days), Joshua Alan Tipton (serve balance but can be furloughed to Tony Rice Center), Margle Otis Ward (serve balance), Tosha Lynn Webb (20 days), Sally May Woodward (90 days), Glenn Ray Wright (365 days) and Christopher Tyler Young (312 days).
