Judge Bart Stanley ruled on the following cases Wednesday in Circuit Court.
Brian Floyd Ballew was ordered to serve 180 days for violation of probation. He can attend inpatient treatment the last 30 days of his sentence.
Angela Bigham Boehm was transferred to adult recovery court after serving 93 days for violation of probation.
Amy Lawson was ordered to serve 364 days of a three-year sentence for introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
Kenneth B. Sorren was ordered to serve 364 days of a three-year sentence for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
Roger L. Womack was ordered to serve 270 days of a nine-year sentence for aggravated child abuse/ neglect/ endangerment. He was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.
Caleb Alvin Wolf III was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for DUI. He must pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work, and have his license revoked for one year.
James Scott Durham was ordered to serve nine months for introduction of contraband into a penal facility. He must also undergo a mental health evaluation.
