Criminal court dockets were heard in Circuit Court by Judge Bart Stanley on Wednesday, Oct. 11. Included in Wednesday’s action:
• James Leon Bailey was sentenced to eight years Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) 207 days to serve and ordered to pay $2,000 plus court costs for possession of meth with intent to deliver.
• Lisa Annette Benton was sentenced to two years TDOC to serve 21 days time served and ordered to pay $75 FCF costs, $3,560 in restitution at payments $150 a month for theft of property. Benton was also sentenced to two years 21 days served for burglary. This is to run concurrent with the first sentence and consecutive to any priors.
• Zachary W. Fish was ordered to return to probation time served for violation of probation.
• Aaron Jeffrey Jones was ordered to serve 120 days and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and return to probation for violation of probation.
• Jeffrey Lynn Murphy was sentenced to serve 45 days and return to probation for violation of probation.
• Marty Lynn Rhea had a jury trial scheduled for Feb. 8-9. He is charged with arson and vandalism of property $60,000-250,000.
• Mark Alan Tindenberg was sentenced to three years TDOC and ordered to pay $4,182.79 in restitution to Kyle Sutton and serve 60 days for vandalism $2,500 or more but less than $10,000.
• Ronald Eugene Weldon had his jury trial scheduled for Sept. 18-20. He is charged with second degree murder, reckless homicide, and delivery of heroine.
• Timothy Waybe Baer and Kate Elizabeth Prichard had their jury trial scheduled for April 16-18. They are charged with second degree murder and aggravated assault.
• Sandy J. Bratcher had her jury trial scheduled for July 29. She is charged with DUI third offense.
• Joseph Bryant Casey was sentenced to serve 90 days and can go to impatient treatment for violation of probation.
• Hadley Michelle St. Claire was sentenced to serve 120 days and ordered to pay $250 plus court costs for simple possession. She was also ordered to serve 120 days and ordered to pay $750 plus court costs for possession of meth. She was also sentenced to four years TDOC to serve 120 days and pay a $50 fine for tampering with evidence. She was also sentenced to serve 120 days and ordered to pay $75 ECF plus court costs and $200 in restitution to Kroger for theft of property. These are to run concurrently, but consecutive with priors.
• Candice Megan Clark pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to serve 30 days.
• Frankie Lee Gunter Jr. was sentenced to eight years ARC and ordered to pay $2,000 plus court costs for sale of methamphetamine.
• Jaime Rebecca Faye Harvey had her jury trial scheduled for Aug. 15. She is charged with failure to report rape/sexual battery of an elderly/vulnerable adult.
• Taylor Danielle Hendren had her jury trial scheduled for Sept. 18-20. She is charged with second degree murder, reckless homicide and delivery of heroine.
• Alice Nicole Nolan had her jury trial scheduled for Aug. 22. She is charged with reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon involved, DUI second offense, driving while license revoked and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.
• Edwina Ruth Shedlock had her jury trial scheduled for Aug. 29. She is charged with delivery of methamphetamine.
• James Forrest Taylor had his jury trial scheduled for Aug. 15. He is charged with rape.
• James Warrick was sentenced to serve 30 days and serve 15 consecutive weekends for violation of probation.
• Norman Allen McBride was ordered to pay $2,000 plus court costs for sale of methamphetamine. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for Jan. 10.
• Justin Lee Pendergraph was sentenced to serve four days for violation of probation.
• Bradley Denton Robertson was sentenced to a total of eight years for burglary, theft of property and vandalism. He must also undergo an alcohol and drug assessment.
