Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Daci Cora Matheny was ordered to serve 210 days of an eight-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for possession of meth with intent to deliver, theft, evading arrest and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Patrick Lamont Patterson was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for possession of meth with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of a weapon. He must forfeit the weapon.

Jasmie LaNae Pinegar was ordered to serve 90 days of a one-year sentence and pay $952 restitution for forgery and theft.

Ryan Anthony Travers was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault.

Derrick Lee Walker was ordered to serve 48 hours, pay a $350 fine and lose his driver license for one year for first-offense DUI.

Austin Taylor Kebert was ordered to serve two years at 30 percent as a range one offender for burglary and theft. 

Bryan True was ordered to serve 20 days on weekends for fourth-offense driving on a suspended license.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Joseph Brant Casey (180 days), Allen Lee Hale (150 days) and Joshua Dean Turner (60 days).
