Judge Bart Stanley ruled on the following cases Wednesday in Circuit Court. Heather Brown was given a six-month sentence to serve at 75 percent for simple possession of Tramadol. Damon Dwayne Grove was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence for possession of meth with intent to deliver.
