He was also found in violation of probation.Sherry Clark was directed to serve eight years in the women’s penitentiary for delivering drugs in a school zone.Thomas C. Young was given three years in the state penitentiary and must pay $2,000 plus costs for possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and violation of probation.Jennifer Ham was instructed to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of methamphetamine.Johnathan Tyler Lynn was instructed to serve 180 days of a six-year sentence and must pay $150 plus cost for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.James Richard Phillips was directed to serve 180 days of a five-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of oxycodone.William Jeffery Stepp was instructed to serve 180 days of a six-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for possession of meth.Glenn Ray Wright was directed to serve 90 days of a six-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for manufacture and delivery of marijuana.Heather Marie Hale was ordered to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence and must make $740 restitution for TennCare fraud.Nathaniel P. Reagan was directed to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of Buprenorphine.Krystal Ann Williams was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $150 plus costs for simple possession of drugs and violation of probation.Brittany Holder was instructed to serve 30 days of a one-year sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth and introduction of contraband into a penal institution.Zachery Tyler Sartain was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of methamphetamine.Alyson P.
