Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against several who failed to take advantage of their second chances.Included in probation violators:Chad Layne Rogers was ordered to serve six months in jail for violation of probation. He will be required to maintain employment once he is back on probation.Donald C. Turner was ordered to serve 180 days for violation of probation.Adrian Smith was given 120 days in jail for violation of probation.Derek Jeremiah Smith had his judicial diversion set aside and must serve 60 days of a three-year sentence for violation of probation.Steven Michael Hayward must serve 90 days on house arrest for violation of probation.Christopher Troy Rogers was released on 65 days, time-served for violation of probation.Kimberly Ann Jones had her judicial diversion set aside and was given three years but released on time-served for violation of probation. She must also pay $2,000.Bryan D. Davenport was directed to serve 60 days and have his probation extended for two years for violation of probation.Cathy Diane Myers was instructed to serve 55 days and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Angela L. Howell must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.Justin Michael Morris was instructed to serve 30 days for violation of probation.
