Sentences were handed down recently by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.Included in circuit action:Raven Nicole Botts was directed to serve 180 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence on the charge of assault. She was charged for assaulting a fellow inmate at Warren County Jail.Stacy Lynn Hennessee was instructed to serve 10 days of a two-year sentence and must undergo batterer intervention for extortion.Tiffani McFarland was directed to serve 120 days of a two-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for promoting the manufacture of meth.Jason Glenn Deckard was ordered to serve one year of a nine-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of meth.Timothy G. Smith was ordered to serve 60 days of a two-year sentence an must pay $100 plus costs and perform 60 hours public service work for violation of habitual traffic offender status and fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.Jamie E. Emler was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and perform 12 hours public service work for driving on a revoked license.Johnny Miles Tindell was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Jessica L. Wilson was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for theft.Crystal Louann Thompson was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Shavaughn M. Long was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Shelby Lane Turner must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
