Sentences were handed down recently by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.Included in sentencing action:James L. Bailey was given a five-year penitentiary sentence and must pay $3,000 plus costs for facilitating the possession with intent to deliver meth.Keith Johnson was ordered to serve 150 days of a four-year sentence for aggravated assault and evading arrest.Allen William McAdams was given an eight-year probationary sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs and will be admitted to the adult recovery court program for possession of meth.Ben Pascal was issued a five-year probationary sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for possession of dihydrocoeinone and oxycodone.Brian Dale Hobbs was granted an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. The diversion means he can have his record erased once his probation is over.Lee Garrett Taylor was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of meth.Michael Adams was placed on probation for three years for simple possession of drugs and possession of a weapon during a felony drug offense.Barbara Elaine Rogers was placed on probation for three years and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of oxycodone. She must serve 90 days for violation of probation.James J. Ungaro was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for driving on a revoked license.Bianca Jean Chisam was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and make restitution for driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.Tosha Lynn Webb was directed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 32 hours public service work, and lose her driver license for DUI.Elizabeth T. Smith was directed to serve two days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for DUI.Bobby Jones Jr., was instructed to serve six days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400, perform 32 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.Brandon Hugh Sparkman was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Jonathan Kyle McCormick was instructed to serve 29 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his license for one year for driving on a suspended license.Tiffani McFarland was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, perform 32 hours public service work, lose her license for one year and pay $150 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Farah Fay Brock was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for aggravated perjury.Charles Thomas was directed to serve 18 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.Janice J. Martin had her probation extended by two years for violation of probation.Boyd Clayton Goins had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Jeffery Lynn Murphy was given a year for violation of probation but will be furloughed into the adult recovery program.Douglas Lee Poss must serve 110 days for violation of probation.
