Already a basketball star and farm girl, Erica Cantrell now has a new title -- 2018 June Dairy Month chair for Warren County. June Dairy Month activities are designed to communicate the value of milk and dairy products to Tennessee consumers and chairpersons play a role in spreading dairy’s message in their community. “As the daughter of a beef cattleman, I want to learn the other part of the cattle industry,” said Cantrell “I figured it will be helpful to learn about dairy cattle and draw lines of similarity between both and see things that help one type of cattle that when used with the other side can be beneficial.
