One of Warren County’s last remaining industrial buildings will soon have a new tenant. Union Corrugating Company has signed a seven-year lease to locate in the old S&S Industries building in Morrison.Union Corrugating is a metal roofing company based in Fayetteville, N.C., that's in the process of expanding its footprint. This will be the second new facility it’s opened in less than a year.Plans are to begin production in September with an initial workforce of eight.
