And I’m thankful to have at least some of my Christmas shopping done.I’m especially thankful for our Southern Standard subscribers who lined up by the hundreds to take advantage of our Black Friday doorbuster Friday morning from 5 to 8 a.m. At times, the line stretched way out the door and down the block. There were so many folks anxious to subscribe, the sale didn’t end until 8:45 a.m. because we honored the discount price for everyone in line.I say this for no other reason than to toot our own horn, because it’s been my experience no one else will.
