Thieves broke into Boyd Christian School last weekend, stealing concessions and a TV.“We think they got in through the gym,” said McMinnville police detective Marty Cantrell of the burglary that lawmen believe happened last Saturday or Sunday.Once inside the school, the thief or thieves went about pilfering snacks and drinks, taking an estimated $200 from the concession area. School officials would later discover a TV was missing from the wall, making the cost of the heist even higher for the private institution.“We don’t have any suspects yet so we would appreciate any help we can get from the public,” Cantrell said, noting anyone who may have seen anything unusual around the Westwood-area school should report what they observed to police.Cantrell pointed out there are no signs of forced entry.
