The condition of the Blue Building is back under consideration after concerns from the public were heard regarding the condition of its roof.“There was some concern about shingles blowing off and the roof getting in worse condition,” said Alderman Steve Harvey during Tuesday’s Building and Grounds Committee meeting.City administrator Bill Brock and McMinnville Public Works assistant director Brad Hennessee inspected the attic prior to the meeting and found no active leaks.“I’m unaware of any leaks,” said Brock. “I was in the attic today, as a matter of fact. Brad and I walked around and we didn’t see anything major, or even minor for that matter.
