There was a changing of the guard at the last meeting of the Warren County Board of Education with longtime principal and coach James Bennett taking the helm as School Board chair.“I think she has done an outstanding job,” Director of Schools Bobby Cox said of outgoing chair Helen Martin, who has served the past year. “We all appreciate her service and hard work.”Martin was the member who nominated Bennett as chair. He had served as vice chair for the past year.
