TWRA, along with the DeKalb and Putnam County rescue squads and the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, responded to a call for a missing person at the Hurricane Marina off Highway 56 on Center Hill Lake around 9:30 a.m. Sunday. Aimee McCray, 35, of Davidson County was reported missing after a friend’s search of the area turned up empty. McCray reportedly spent the previous evening on a houseboat but could not be found the following morning.
