Warren County Juvenile Court is requesting an additional youth services officer in its budget for fiscal year 2017-18. “This is my 27th year of walking through the doors of the courthouse of Warren County,” said Juvenile Court director Barry Dishman to members of the county Policy and Personnel Committee. “It’s hard to stand in judgement of anybody for anything.
