Karla Addesso, PhD, was recently appointed director of the Tennessee State University Otis L. Floyd Nursery Research Center (NRC), succeeding Dr. Nick Gawel. In last Thursday’s McMinnville Rotary Club luncheon at First Presbyterian Church, Addesso outlined the history of the NRC, located on Cadillac Lane, and the local and international impact of the scientific work at the facility.
