Haile West Adams emerged from a field of 46 contestants Monday night to be crowned 2017 Fairest of the Fair. The 19-year-old is a sophomore at Motlow and is coming off a Top 10 finish in last year's pageant. She is the daughter of Gina and Larry York, and Randy and Lisa Butcher.
