On an election night when new blood was pumped into the Warren County Commission, two of its longest serving members were able to survive. Carl E. Bouldin, the most experienced member of the County Commission with 25 years, was elected to his seventh term Thursday night, while Gary Prater, a 20-year veteran, was elected to his sixth term. Their experience will serve as a steadying influence with 11 new members elected to 24 of the County Commission seats.
