Package liquor may fail before it even gets to a vote as the petition to put it on the November ballot is just third of the way there with four days to go. As of Friday, the combined petitions contained 110 signatures that were counted by the election commission. To get on the ballot, legal liquor supporters must get 335 signatures of registered McMinnville city voters.
