Christmas at the Library will be held at Magness Library on Monday, Dec. 22. Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the concert will begin at 7 p.m.McMinnville Housing Authority director Lisa Harvey started the concert and the proceeds are split between the library and the activity center. The center offers homework assistance, afternoon snacks, supervised activities, and organized play to school-age children who live in public housing.Musicians who will be performing various types of Christmas music are Joe Harvey, Lucy Haston, Griffin Winton, Christine Grayson, Lee Carr, MidDay Farm Report, Scott Camp, John Harvey, Nicky Bouldin, and Scott Harvey.According to Magness Library director Brad Walker, the concert has become a popular event in the community.“We have already sold 33 tickets,” said Walker.
