A woman who was fed up with drug court has been given 90 days in jail for cutting off her tracking monitor and leaving it on the courthouse steps.The woman, Chapple Kilgore, 25, was directed by General Sessions Judge Bart Stanley to serve 90 days on a vandalism charge. The jail time is to be in addition to any time she may get in Circuit Court. She will also be required to pay the $175 replacement cost for the monitor she damaged.Her charge comes after she removed an alcohol monitor from her arm.
