A Czechoslovakian man visiting his brother in Warren County was killed Friday morning when he lost control of his motorcycle and slammed into a landscaping wall off Spring Valley Road.Authorities say the fatally injured victim, Tomas Kaska, 28, had been pulled over earlier in the night and issued a warning after a constable saw him leave a convenience market at a high rate of speed. The motorcycle was reportedly turned over to a licensed driver at that time since Kaska did not have a legal motorcycle license. However, at some point, Kaska regained possession of the motorcycle and continued to ride it.According to state trooper Rodney Whiles, the accident happened at 12:34 a.m. Friday morning while Kaska was traveling on a 2003 Honda motorcycle on Spring Valley Road.
