Judge Stanley issues sentences

Sentences were handed down last week by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley. Included in court action:• Brian Cruisenberry was ordered to serve 120 days of an eight-year sentence, perform 16 hours public service work, and pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of drugs.• Tammy Cruisenberry was directed to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for facilitating the delivery of drugs.• Christy Hindenburger was granted a six-year judicial diversion and must perform 24 hours public service work and pay $3,000 plus costs for delivery of drugs.• Mea Nicole McBride was granted a six-year judicial diversion and must perform 25 hours public service work and pay $2,000 plus costs for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Clyde Avon Smithson was instructed to serve 60 days on weekends of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense DUI.• McLouis Peterman was placed on probation for six months and must pay $10 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.
