Included in probation violators sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley:• Jason Deckard must serve 120 days and have his probation extended by one year for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of promoting the manufacture of meth.• Thomas Hart was instructed to serve 60 days before being placed back on probation for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of possession of drugs.• Thomas Bradley Hildreth must serve 120 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of aggravated assault.• James Blankenship II had his probation extended by two years for violating his probation for his prior convictions on charges of fourth-offense DUI and third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jeffery Byrge must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by one year for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Steven Cox had his probation extended by six months for violating his probation on his former conviction on the charge of simple possession of meth.• Michelle Culwell must serve 15 days and have her probation extended by one year for violating her probation on her prior conviction on charges of burglary.• Stanley Morris must serve six months before being placed back on the community corrections program for violating his probation on his prior conviction on charges of distributing and delivering drugs.• Ethan Price must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation on his prior conviction on charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.• Donna Samples must serve 30 days for violating her probation on her former conviction on the charge of manufacture of drugs.• Latisha Kloosterman must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
