Judge Ross issues traffic sentences

Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Jeffrey White was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $682 and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a revoked license and simple possession of drugs.• Rickey Northcutt was ordered to serve 47 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $2,412, attend DUI School, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI, simple possession of marijuana and second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Penny Myers was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $1,590 for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.• Ruben Diaz was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,109, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Beverly Foster was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $406 for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Lee Suydam must serve 48 hours and pay $384 for driving without a license.• Ricky McBride and Lauren Moore must pay $152 for driving without a license.• Corey Harris must pay $310 for driving without a license and speeding.• Amy Foutch must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
