Sentences were issued Thursday by General Sessions Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Johnny Tindell was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $1,183 for simple possession of marijuana and driving without a license.• Jimmy Barnes was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,109, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Bethani McGuire was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.• Chris Judkins was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,109, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Jean-Luc Keller was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $352 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Justin Harris was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $638 for two counts of driving without a license.• Scott Bell was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Clay Crawford was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for driving on a revoked license.• Juan Garcia must pay $457 for driving without a license and violation of the due care and insurance laws.• Cesar Lara must pay $304 for driving without a license or insurance.• Silivia Gomez must pay $462 for driving without a license, speeding and violation of the insurance law.• Kathy Northcutt must serve 48 hours and pay $424 for two counts of driving without a license.• Joshua Morrison must serve 48 hours and pay $272 for driving without a license.• Andres Gomez, Michael Schofner, Frederick Hughes, Geraldo Juarez and Jerry Forsyth must pay $152 for driving without a license.
