Judge Ross hears 49-person docket

A 49-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Boyd Goins was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for theft and trespassing.• Brian L. Hale was ordered to serve seven days of two 11-29 sentences and must make restitution for theft and attempted burglary.• Tim Moffitt was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served for theft.• Carolyn Jo Roberts was bound to the grand jury on the charge of shoplifting.• Kristy Mullican was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft and must serve five days for violation of probation.• Jared Hendrixson was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus cost and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Teresa Mayo was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.• Justin Shockley was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and must attend conflict management for domestic assault.• Jason Bouldin was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and attend anger management for assault.• Jackie Ann Barnes was bound to the grand jury on charges of simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Jeremy Lance was bound to the grand jury on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Michael Roddenberry was bound to the grand jury on the charge of simple possession of drugs.• Daren Barnhill must pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Sheena Bates had her judicial diversion set aside and must serve 10 days and remain on probation for six months. She was given an additional 11-29 probationary sentence for passing two worthless checks totaling $148.• Becky C. Williams must serve five days and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Aaron Harbin must pay $50 plus costs for violation of the open container law.• Phillip Mooneyham must serve five days for violation of probation.• Lucas Stoops must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.• Ronnie Kloosterman was given a six-month sentence on the charge of shoplifting to be served concurrently with his violation of probation charge.• Dennis Conoway must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Brandon Eugene Locke must serve 10 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• James Mills must serve 30 days for violation of probation.• Bradley Robertson must serve 60 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.ClarificationS• April Michelle Sanders, who works at McMinnville Tool & Die, is not the April Sanders facing meth charges.• Dennis Conoway must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
