A 52-person General Sessions arraignment docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke:Included in action during the morning court session:• Amber D. Brown was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must attend anger management and stay away from the victim for domestic assault.• Lucas R. Laprad was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 25 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Megan Rice was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Lois McCormick was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 25 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Foodland for theft.• Forrest Milstead was granted a six-month judicial diversion for vandalism.• Jeffery Hughes was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for passing two worthless checks.• Tiffany Rush was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion for passing two worthless checks.• Seth M. Jones was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for passing two checks on a frozen account.• Michelle Holt must perform 32 hours public service work for failure to keep a child in school.• Eric Lance must perform 16 hours public service work for failure to keep a child in school.• Kurt Lusk was fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Keiffer Bain was ordered to serve 10 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Jessica Steinbach must serve two days for violation of probation.• Brayden Woodlee must serve two days and have an alcohol and drug assessment for violation of probation.Clarification• David R. Byars, 60, of Myers Cove Road in the Smyrna community is not the David Byars convicted of driving on a suspended license.
