Judge Locke hears docket in General Sessions court

A 43-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:
• Christopher Northrup was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and is to have no further contact with the victim for violating an order of protection.
• Letitia D. Moore was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,000 plus costs, lose driving privileges for one year and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of drugs and DUI.
• Darrell Hobbs was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft, possession of drugs for resale and public intoxication.
• David Sullivan was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.
• Travis R. Bouldin was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work and pay $250 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Bradley Ferrell was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence and must attend anger management for domestic assault.
• Zachary Patton was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for underage consumption of alcohol.
• Austin Lee must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Bruce Stevens must serve five days for violation of probation.
