Judge Locke hears docket in General Sessions court

A 43-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Christopher Northrup was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and is to have no further contact with the victim for violating an order of protection.• Letitia D. Moore was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,000 plus costs, lose driving privileges for one year and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of drugs and DUI.• Darrell Hobbs was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft, possession of drugs for resale and public intoxication.• David Sullivan was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.• Travis R. Bouldin was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work and pay $250 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Bradley Ferrell was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence and must attend anger management for domestic assault.• Zachary Patton was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for underage consumption of alcohol.• Austin Lee must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Bruce Stevens must serve five days for violation of probation.
