Judge Locke hears 64 person court docket

A 64-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Jason Lundgren was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Darrell Evans was directed to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,723 and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a revoked license, simple possession of drugs and possession of a firearm. He must forfeit his weapon.• Thomas Hart was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $1,183 for simple possession of marijuana.• Robert Woodside was bound to the grand jury on charges of evading arrest, reckless endangerment, speeding 107 mph in a 55 mph zone, reckless driving, second-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Donald Shields was issued an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $1,201 and lose his driver license for one year for underage DWI and simple possession of marijuana.• Javier Martinez was bound to the grand jury on charges of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of traffic offender status.• Caleb West was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $598 for possession of drug paraphernalia and leaving the scene of an accident.• Joshua Vaughn was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.• William Dunlap was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $1,358 and perform 25 hours public service work for simple possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Bryan Davenport was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.• Jesus Alfredo was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $424 for driving without a license or insurance.• Lynette Nichols was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Cesar Gutierrez was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on an expired license.• Justin Pinter must pay $304 for driving without a license or insurance.• Joshua Fincher must pay $304 for driving on a suspended license and without insurance.• Pablo Garcia must pay $324 for driving without a license or insurance.• Hillary Knowles must pay $427 for driving without a license and speeding.• Thomas Hixson must pay $251 for public intoxication.• Saul Hernandez must pay $262 for reckless driving. • Fernando Centeno must pay $172 for driving without a license.• Sandro Aguirre, Ginger Simpson, April Doss, Teresa McInnis, Glenda Leck, Stephanie Johnson and Nancy Howell must pay $152 for driving without a license.• Crystal Marriner must pay $261 for violation of the open container law.
