Roy Herron, chairman of the Tennessee Democratic Party, served as guest speaker during Thursday’s Noon Rotary meeting. Herron was previously the Tennessee State Senator for the 24th District.Herron was first elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives in 1986 to fill Gov. Ned McWherter’s seat.
