CHEER Mental Health has honored local preacher Coy Hathcock with its 42nd annual Bell Ringer Award.Hathcock, the pulpit minister at Westwood Church of Christ, was recognized for his support of the local mental health community and in particular CHEER Mental Health.Hathcock was unable to attend the banquet but said later, “I was completely taken aback by being presented the award. I am very humbled. I was out of town and not able to attend the banquet.
