A curfew will be enforced within the McMinnville city limits Halloween night with all juveniles required to be off the street by 9 p.m.“We’ve seen a slight resurgence in Halloween vandalism lately but nothing like what we used to see 20 years ago,” said McMinnville Police Chief Bryan Denton. “We will have extra officers on patrol that evening.”Curfew for people under 18 is normally 11 p.m. in the city. The 9 p.m. curfew began about two decades ago in answer to an overwhelming number of vandalism cases on Halloween.
