Grand jury issues indictments

Indictments were rendered against several people during the November session of the Warren County grand jury. Included in indictments:• Adam Cope and Beth Damon were indicted on charges of aggravated criminal trespass, theft and burglary.• Randy G. Ross was indicted on charges of evading arrest and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Terry A. Tittle was indicted on two counts of assault.• James D. Wray was indicted on charges of aggravated burglary and theft.• Jacklyn R. Driver was indicted on the charge of sale of drugs.• Daniel K. Boyce was indicted on charges of possession of marijuana for resale and possession of drugs.• Barry J. Mix was indicted on charges vandalism over $1,000 and trespassing.• Greg D. Jones was indicted on charges of theft, vandalism and criminal trespass.• Misty Newby was indicted on charges of aggravated assault and assault.• Cameron J. Newport was indicted on charges of vandalism and leaving the scene of an accident.• Lisa Porterfield was indicted on charges of theft over $1,000.• Jennie S. Pleasant was indicted on the charge of introduction of drugs into the jail.• Kevin Reed was indicted on the charge of theft over $1,000.• Melanie Brimer was indicted on charges of violation of habitual traffic offender status and second-offense driving on a revoked license.• William Reed was indicted on charges of driving on a suspended license, violation of the light law, driver on duty using meth, and driving with a missing mud flap.• Christopher Cowan was indicted on the charge of driving on a revoked license.• Bradley Martin was indicted on the charge of public intoxication.• Aaron O’Dineal was indicted on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Felicia Rittenberry was indicted on the charge of DUI and driving on a revoked license.
