Indictments were handed down against several people this past term of the Warren County grand jury, including charges against a man accused of breaking a vase over his girlfriend’s head.The suspect, Steven Charles Robbins, was indicted by the grand jury on charges of aggravated domestic assault.His charges were brought after police responded to a domestic call and discovered the woman had been hit in the head with a vase, the vase breaking into three pieces when she was hit. Police said the woman had marks on her person.
